Terms and Conditions for SURREY GUNS
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be ordered via telephone, email or in person in the shop 7 Manor Road they are redeemable up to 6 months from date of issue after which it is up to the sole discretion of Surrey Guns to fulfil the same.
Delivery:
We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud
We accept no responsibility for parcels sent to PO Boxes or an address other than the cardholder’s address any loss or damage will have to be evidenced by the customer and correct claim from the postal or courier service will be observed for any valid claims no immediate refunds will be made.
Shopping cart:
The site operates a shopping cart, select the item you want, and you will be taken to the credit card payment and info screens. Orders are encrypted for your security and we operate under a SECURE server. Your card details are encrypted. We take security seriously and never enclose credit card details in e-mails to us. If we e-mail you about your credit card, we will only specify the last four digits of the card number, nothing else to ensure full compliance with Data Protection.
Ordering:
All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Please use the currency converter to work out the price in your currency. Please make sure you select your home currency when using the tool.
We do keep well stocked shop, call to check availability, we may not always have you first choice but we are happy to give you details of what we have and what is due in.
Delivery Schedule
We have a large stock but in the event that an item is out of stock we will e-mail you to let you know when to expect delivery and give you the option of putting the order on back order or the option to cancel if you rather not wait.
Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Solo, and Switch Cards or cash payments by way of “Bankers Draft” or Cheque will not be despatched for a minimum of ten days.
Credit card billing:
Please note we charge your credit card on order (or within a few days if out of hours). You will be charged a 2.5% credit card handling fee
We are constantly adding to our range and can also source many items not displayed, if you have something in mind we will try to get it for you at a good price.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel an order please e-mail us or fax us. Please ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation and a cancellation number (in case of a fax cancellation we will need a return fax number). All orders that are cancelled after charging will be subject to our minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee.
REFUNDS:Please make your choice carefully as online card processing is expensive. Refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the SURREY GUNS and will be less the restocking fee, as well as a minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee.
Returns:
Please note: No items should be returned before contacting us first.
ALL customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return.
Force Majeure:
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control

Pricing:
All of our pricing is subject to change due to currency fluctuation without notice.
Air Rifles & Pistols & Firearms Purchases: Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the Customer to nominate a local RFD in order for a weapon to be sent securely failure to do so will prevent dispatch in accordance with the VCR Act.
Export:
Please be aware that Surrey Guns will not supply any order confirmation of delivery for export of Guns or equipment without first seeing the Customers valid permission and import credentials. N.B Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import duty
Storage & Racking:
Surrey Guns offer a racking service failure to pay in a timely manner will result in the weapons being sold to cover racking costs.
Repairs:
Surrey Guns have an in house Gunsmith failure to pay for any repaired item within six months of notification will result in the weapons being sold to cover costs.
